Our Artisan Bacon is available in two styles - Free Range Double Smoked Maple Bacon and Salt & Pepper Smoked Cheek Bacon also known as Guanciale.  We use premium 100% Free Range Victorian Pork that is slowly dry cured and gently double smoked in house over Australian hardwood resulting in a pure natural bacon that crisps perfectly in your pan.  Try our lip-smacking range of artisan bacon in rashers, lardons, slabs or whole pieces.

Generous handmade pork sausages jam-packed with 100% Free Range Victorian Pork and a house-mix of natural herbs and spices – completely additive free. Traditional methods passed down through generations result in Pork Sausages that are tender, succulent, and bursting with flavour.
