Our smallgoods range includes bacon available as rashers, lardons, slabs or whole luscious pieces of our cheeky bacon.
All our delicious bacon smallgoods are prepared in house with hand-blended seasonings then double smoked over premium natural woodchips. Every week we dry cure and smoke beautiful butts of bacon ready for you to enjoy at local Farmers Markets or to order for delivery or pick up.

STREAKY BACON RASHERS
A sweeter, Canadian style of bacon. Slow-cured with maple syrup and brown sugar, then double smoked in house. As this bacon is dry cured it does not contain excess water weight, which means it provides consistent cooking and crisping.

House cured and smoked Free Range Short Cut Bacon Rashers. Made from the eye and small portion of 100% Free Range Pork belly, our bacon rashers are dry cured eliminating excess water weight resulting in consistently sweet and crispy bacon rashers.

Guanciale is a single piece of luscious double smoked pork jowl, cured in house with a specialty salt and pepper blend. Salty and rich, Guanciale is the winner winner for perfect Carbonara dinner. Also available as Lardons.
