Honouring the traditions of salumi making, our range of cured and smoked salumi is made from locally sourced premium produce and hand-blended herbs & seasonings. We double smoke in-house over Australian hardwood chips before lovingly packing everything up ready for you - all from our local HQ in the foothills of the beautiful Dandenong Ranges.
As a small batch salumi maker, we have an insatiable hunger to share the delicious freshness and quality of our handmade smoked and cured meats.

Double Smoked Maple
Streaky Bacon
A sweeter, Canadian style of bacon. Slow-cured with maple syrup and brown sugar, then double smoked in house. As this bacon is dry cured it does not contain excess water weight, which means it provides consistent cooking and crisping.

Premium Double Smoked Maple Bacon hand cut into lardons ready to add a salty sweet richness to your cooking. Lardons are an excellent ingredient for kid-friendly recipes.
